Return Policy

  • Products will be accepted for return upon written authorization by J-Squared Technologies Inc. and issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipments without an RMA prominently displayed on the shipping package will be refused. RMAs will be issued by J-Squared Technologies Inc. only to cover units to be accepted for evaluation of alleged defect, or units with J-Squared has otherwise agreed with the Purchaser to accept
  • Requests for product returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product and will be subject to a restocking charge. Restocking charges vary by product and will be a minimum of 15% of the order

  • All returned Product must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition
  • Products deemed "Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable" or "NC/NR" at time of quote or sale are non-returnable. To the extent that J-Squared purchases a product from a manufacturer specifically for the Customer, such products may also be Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable
  • Return freight charges must be prepaid by the Customer, no COD returns will be accepted
  • Warranty-related return procedures will be determined by the Manufacturer's warranty policy for the applicable product. Please contact J-Squared Customer Service for review

Delivery Policy

  • All stipulated delivery or shipment dates given by J-Squared Technologies Inc. are estimates only. J-Squared reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments and the contract shall be severable as to such instalments. Delay in delivery or other default of instalments shall not relieve the Customer of its obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries
  • In no event shall J-Squared Technologies Inc. be liable for increased manufacturing costs, loss of profits or goodwill, or any other incidental or consequential damages by reason of delay in shipment or non-shipment
  • All shipments by J-Squared Technologies Inc. are FCA point of shipment from J-Squared's facility and the amount of transportation charges will be paid to J-Squared by the Customer in addition to the purchase price of the products and applicable taxes
  • Shipping Terms are Prepaid and Charge via Federal Express. The Customer will have the choice at checkout to ship via either Ground or Air, with both charges available for viewing
  • Backordered items will be shipped when product becomes available
  • Shipping via Customer's own courier with a Collect account is currently unavailable for online orders. Should you wish to use your own carrier, please contact J-Squared Sales at 855-365-2188 or email us at kEncEmailjogpsfrvftuAktrvbsfe/dpn in order to place your order
  • Should you wish to schedule an order for delivery at a later date, please contact J-Squared Sales at 855-365-2188 or email us at kEncEmailjogpsfrvftuAktrvbsfe/dpn in order to place your order
  • J-Squared's warehouse is open and staffed Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST and is subject to all statutory holidays. Orders are shipped only on business days. Orders and correspondence received on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday
  • J-Squared closes for the holiday season in December and will not ship during this time. These closure dates will be clearly noted on the web site home page

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellation by Customer for default shall be effective unless and until J-Squared Technologies Inc. shall have failed to correct such alleged default within thirty (30) days after receipt by J-Squared Technologies Inc. of a written notice specifying such default. J-Squared Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any delay in or failure of performance due to any cause beyond its control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, inability to obtain or delay in obtaining the products or the necessary materials or components parts, fire, strike, insurrection, riot, flood, epidemic embargoes, quarantine restrictions, acts of God, war, acts of purchaser, interruption of transportation, and civil unrest. The delivery schedule hereof shall be considered extended by a period of time equal to the time lost because of any delay which is excusable under this clause. In the event J-Squared Technologies Inc. is unable wholly or partially to perform because of any cause beyond its control, J-Squared Technologies Inc. may terminate the contract without any liability to the Customer
  • Any request to cancel an order must be done immediately upon order processing by contacting Customer Service at 855-365-2188 or by email at kEncEmailjogpsfrvftuAktrvbsfe/dpn. If an attempt to cancel an order occurs once it has shipped and billed, the Return Policy will then be in effect
